January 15, 2013, Muncie, Indiana – LEAD-ECI, East Central Indiana’s community leadership academy, recently announced their Board Officers for 2013 at their January 10th board meeting. Among the LEAD-ECI Officers named are: Ray Chambers – President, Wil Davis – Treasurer, and Jaime Faulkner – Secretary. 2012 Board President, Jeannine Harrold was also recognized for her outstanding leadership of the organization over the past year. She will continue to serve on the board.
“I am truly excited about what LEAD-ECI is doing in East Central Indiana,” stated Chambers. “2013 is going to be a fantastic year where we will continue to see our leaders of tomorrow developed through our unique and rich leadership training programs.” The LEAD-ECI Board of Directors works alongside the Executive Director to fulfill the organization’s vision, which is to see vibrant communities and workplaces developed within East Central Indiana supported by skilled, collaborative and engaged leaders.
“Next year, LEAD-ECI is poised to make an even greater impact than in 2012. The addition of new program offerings throughout the various communities of East Central Indiana will be more pronounced in 2013, which will allow a greater number of individuals to realize their potential as leaders,” said Richard Crist, Executive Director for LEAD-ECI. “The leadership of Ray Chambers as board president coupled with the breadth and depth of experience on our board will be a tremendous asset as we work to fulfill our strategic initiatives.”
LEAD-ECI is a community leadership academy where people of all ages, backgrounds and interests can access the tools necessary to develop and enhance their leadership skills. Our aim is to provide expert and useful leadership training that meets the needs of East Central Indiana communities, businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and private individuals.
